Logee's Greenhouses

I ordered from them earlier this year and due to some forwarding issues with the USPS (no problem with Logees) my plant ended up traveling the states and not making it to me in NY. But the customer service with Logees was fantastic! I cannot overstate that, even with this covid-19 panic for plants they took the time, did the leg work to figure out what happened to my plant, then they cordially called me back and explained the situation to me and refunded me since they didn't have a replacement plant even though it wasn't their fault. I look forward to ordering from them again in the next year.

I ordered 4 plants in Feb 2019. 2 came healthy and have done very well and I am very happy with them. The other 2 were shipped during a late season snow and were delayed by *** in the snow, they arrived in shock, one nearly dead the other alive but not healthy. Logee's replaced the one that was nearly dead but not the 2nd damaged plant. I have done everything to baby the damaged plant for months now and it is still alive but not doing well. Logee's offers rare and exotic plants that are hard to find. I think they tried to do a good job but I don't know if the Tacca will ever come out of shock.

Bait-and-switch. The company did not honor the "10% off first order" coupon, and claimed a restriction not mentioned in coupon.
The company did not honor the "10% off first order" coupon, and claimed a restriction not mentioned in coupon. The coupon was awarded conditional on signing up with a newsletter. The coupon was not honored on the site, because the product was on backorder. I contacted customer service and they told me the coupon would not be honored, and claimed the coupon mentioned this restriction. However, the coupon did not mention this restriction. I provided the email directly to customer service and they simply stopped communicating, rather than admit they were incorrect, or rather than honoring the coupon, or rather than providing any alternate amelioration.

Received a plant with bugs on it along with holes indicating where bugs were eating it and white spots.
Plant arrived with bugs on it and some white spots on the leaf and holes in the leaf where the bugs had started eating it. I sent an e-mail to Logee's telling them about the problem along with a picture on 10/11/17; and asked them for either a healthy plant without bugs or a refund. Sarah from Logee's sent me an e-mail saying the plant was healthy because the holes and white marks had not spread to the other leaves (even though you could only see 1/2 of 2 other leaves in the picuture). When I sent her a subsequent e-mail on 10/15/17 pointing out that she did not address my complaint about the bugs and was not making a good faith effort to resolve the situation, she just ignored the e-mail and never responded.
