Dealership has fraudulent adds posted online stating his cars are in excellent condition and I found in person none that would be considered excellentThe car specifically we went to buy was stated to have been in excellent condition was clearly notThe drivers license was not left but was not given backYou make it sound like they were left in a carYou even wanted my mother to pay you send them back!! I will bump this on up to the state attorney generals office and the the state board of dealer licencingMaybe that will get your attention or maybe you will start being a reputable truthful dealer????? ?? ???!!

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter I disagree with their decision and don't thinks its fair I put a down parent of $4200.00/down on this vehicle paid $ Total price for vehicles was $plus $for a warranty, I owe less than $on this vehicle I call the company *** *** company to SK if I could have warranty removed she stayed dealer would have to call to request removal If warranty is removed I will have much less to pay I am a single mother who works hard everyday And struggling to pay my bills not asking for a hand out but for them to be fair, I did call the day after my car was repossed and asked if I could pay late fee and get car back so I could to work ad advised - no but wait on letter in mail to let me know what I needed to so to get car backI am catching the but to work everyday after paying over two months ago, not only did they take my car, the also have my kids items, iPad, and cell phone that was in car! The day the dragged the car out of the driveway the damaged my driveway as wwwith oils that leaked out of car from them dragging until ofknocking on open door, this is a lesson learned
