this company showed nothing short of professionalism during my move last NovemberThey were friendly and also prompt, and on time!I would definitely use this company again and recommend that other do so as well

Employees know their job,were diligents and proactive,time frame was respected,only the extra fees at the end were not totally specific in the initial estimate,truck size was ok,and showed at the time programmed,??

I can't speak highly enough about Logic MovingWill, EJ & George were magnificentDespite the fact that our move took place one of the hottest days on record & that we were unable to get into our new home after the truck was loaded (miscommunication with the selling attorney), these wonderful young men were professional, courteous, upbeat & efficientCharles, the owner stayed in constant touch with us & charged us extremely reasonable fees considering we had to store the furniture with Logic overnight at the last minuteHe worked hard to accommodate us the following day even though he had previously scheduled moves to completeIt was even hotter the next day & the crew remained stellarMy husband & I hadn't sufficiently planned out where the furniture would go, but these professionals readily adjusted & readjusted the furniture for usI would highly recommend this splendid company to anyone in a New York minuteThanks to Charles & his dedicated crew, our move turned out to be as seamless as possibleWe are truly indebted & grateful to Logic Moving for all they did to help us &ensure that this is the only moving company to hire every time

From: *** *** ***m] Sent: Friday, June 16, 11:AM To: *** *** *** Subject: *** Logic Moving complaint response to *** E Again, *** is being inaccurateThere were blankets used for all the major pieces and were also used to drag some big items into the very small corners that she wanted each item inEven with blankets, *** and her husband expressed to us that the floor will still scratch due to how new it wasWith this knowledge, we attempted to use all four guys for some items just to be more safeThe dresser that was brought up the steps was slightly too heavy for the mover at the moment so we took responsibility for this item as well as let *** know the problem right away. We also expressed to *** that we were not completely prepared for the move once she expressed to us her frustrationI specifically asked her what she would like us to do from here and prompted us to continue*** did not express as well how many other individuals were in and out of her home rendering services while we rendered our servicesFrom painters, cable installers, landscapers etcWith the amount of items she said we damaged, there was no proof of this at the end of the move other than the items she showed us at the time In regards to insurance, a typical procedure is that the claim will go through all insurance policies that we have to see which policy matches the guidelines***’s claim went through all three of our insurances and the ones that did not accept her claims, declined the claimThis was the GL and the cargo insuranceOurs covers up to $5,but this policy is inapplicable to ***’s claimOur Auto insurance is what covers all items for customers and our limit is $750,We want to help *** as much as we can but we will not allow her to defame our characterThis is why ***’s complaint is the only complaint here because we take pride in our customer service. There were two trucks used for this move, the company truck and a rental truckThere is no issue whatsoever with us using a rental truck as long as the company truck was used as wellWe are able to add our rental trucks on to our insurance on a move to move basis whenever we feel there will be excess wear and tear or very far travelingSo it is literally in our insurances hands, we have tried to speed up the process but sometimes these processes take a bit of time*** is going to be fully compensated and we are seeing to that that she will, just a little more patienceAgain, no one is perfect and this was an inevitable occurrence, but this will never happen again as it has not happened sinceLogic truly cares about each and every customer and we want to see to it that we go above and beyond for every individual

Our move was done very well and all the staff was professional Movers EJ, Will, and George handled our belongings with great care All while dealing with rain storms I will definitely have Logic do any moves we need in future

Everything was fine! Logic moved my things as agreed uponIt was fast and they were careful

Movers were extremely professional and friendly Charles and EJ were very courteous and understanding They worked fast as were extremely considerate of my furniture, making sure nothing was damaged and also set up how I wanted once I got to my apartment I would absolutely recommend them for any move!

In March Logic Moving provided moving services for me in the New Haven CT areaThe Owner & his crew showed up on time and provided very professional experienceThey made it a point to handle all of my items very carefullyThe owner of the business said the move would take hours, they did it in I would definitely use Logic Moving again & would recommend them

*** ***damage was not minimal almost every piece of furniture moved damaged including brand new table ($1700) Damage to property I.e floors significant requires refinishing both levels due to scratches everywhereFloors are continuous through homeDamage was caused because nothing was put down to protect and furniture was shoved into placeDamage to steps is not just at very topThe top 5/steps all shown stress marks where is as obvious furniture was dropped on each step as being moved upBecause no one thought to take out the drawersOver $10,to redo floors not to mention cost to move our belongings back out( this time by a professional)To date none of the insurance carriers of logic have accepted the claimGL policy doesIt cover any damages associated with moving process *** insurance is only $max payout ( state minimum)Neither cargo or auto insurance are stating they will not pay as a truck was rented for the job and was not added onto policy ahead of time.AtIt point did anyone say "we are it prepared" do not have the right equipmentWould you still like us to proceedOr we have no equipmentNot even a screw driver to take apart the beds. This has gone on for over months with no resolutionAnd a lot of aggravation and wasted time trying to get some resolution

I must say I am extremely happy and satisfied with this company because they are always on time, very polite and careful in moving my items especially the way they handle my equipments moving it down from my office on the 3rd floorI am naturally very difficult to please but for the first time I say "Job well done"I will highly recommend u guys anywhereThank You

for any wrong doings and mishaps that occurred during [redacted] A's move. We pride ourselves in moral conduct to the point where any situation that may make a customer to feel uncomfortable, annoyed, bothered, aggravated etc., we take full responsibility in seeing to it that that issue is resolved. Empathy is a strong feeling that we wear on our sleeves because we know how important people's belongings are to them.      To clear the air, Logic Moving is a FULLY insured company with coverage up to $2,000,000 in GL and $750,000 in Auto-Liability which encompasses property damage and we also have Motor Cargo insurance. We are a professional company where we utilize virtually every form of equipment during moves. With [redacted]'s move, we brought the equipment that we assumed would work best for her house not realizing her lawn was covered completely in mud due to reconstructions and her floors were brand new to the point where even a floor slider would scratch them. Customers should be advised not to do moves immediately after your floor is finished. Individuals should wait no less than one week. Regardless of that, we acknowledged that we should have done more research before the move even took place. This is something we have maximized and capitalized on to date.     Now to respond to [redacted] A's complaint, there was a very minimal amount of damage on parts of a few pieces of furniture .  Not to belittle her belongings and experience whatsoever but there is an extreme case of over exaggeration in this description. We have proof of the items she confirmed were not how they were before the move started that do not coincide with the new description of damages. As far as the steps goes, our movers were carrying an extremely large dresser while the steps was covered with a blanket. One of the movers placed the dresser on the top step cracking it due to the weight of the piece. Logic Moving actually reached out to [redacted] to tell her about this incident immediately when it happened.  There was no lack of compliance whatsoever. As stated earlier, Logic Moving is completely insured and also carries all the required policies to cover anything of [redacted]'s that was damaged. We understand the experience was not ideal at all, but Logic Moving is a professional company that emphasizes on quality and care. We acknowledge that we are a new company and mistakes are inevitable but out of the many moves we've accomplished, this is our first bad review. [redacted] has been in contact with our insurance now and the case is being resolved. We apologize for many mishaps but it is our duty to ensure potential customers that Logic Moving is a very highly ethical company that puts to use our moral compass. Mistakes are inevitable in this business but our company has made sure the ratio has been slim to none
