I am rejecting this response because: they did nothing to help when contacted about where my order was when I would receive it it was not 10 days it was more like 2 weeks I did finally receive it on the 3/13 with no help from them they refused to do anything at all but keep repeating the same use less information. they need to tell people before they place an order that they will not get it for 2 weeks and stop lying about getting an email about shipment which I never got.

Good morning - Logic is aware of the consumer concerns and has been actively engaged in communicating with the customer concerning his/her order and its status, prior to the filing of this complaint.  Indeed, the last consumer contact prior to the filing of this complaint was...

on 3.2.2017, without response from the customer as we provided an update on the status of her order and an offer to contact [redacted] and file a claim on her behalf.This particular order was placed on 2.27.2017 and shipped on 2.28.2017.  It reached [redacted] facility on 3.2.2017. We do estimate anywhere between 3 to 10 business for the package to be delivered upon receipt from [redacted]. However, we do not guarantee any specific day of delivery as it is practically impossible to estimate with [redacted].  This is communicated in our shipping details and FAQ available on the website.Our Customer Service department is proud to respond to every consumer concern and actively communicate order status and approximate time frames, especially as it relates to common carrier services, which are largely out of Logic's control.  It is our understanding that this issue has been resolved.
