company of concealed damage and will still attempt to file a claim for the damaged merchandise. The customer has been made aware of this, I need a detailed list of all damages- along with a value for each item. This was supposed to be 5-6 business days in transit and this shipment did take an extra 5-6 business days. The freight company that hauled this, cross docked it, this was also when we incurred heavy rain and there was a lot of flooding which delayed a lot of trucks, which ultimately delayed shipments, meaning this shipment in particular sat at a freight terminal for 2-3 extra days also. I've been in communication with the customer the whole time, and I'm still waiting to hear back so we can work together on the claim.
