Company repeatedly fills my mailbox with their junkmail despite being told to stopI have received junkmail from this lowlife company every week for months now. Company changed billing practices to include a $50 minimum charge per month. Notifications went out to an old email address that is no longer in use they stated. I have gotten calls and voice mails about new features and services so it perplexes me why they were so sneaky about implementing and informing in this manner. They have charged me this $50 dollar fee for several months now until I learned of the charges yesterday.Product_Or_Service: Computer Remote Monitoring ServiceDesired SettlementI would like a refund of this $50 dollar minimum for the duration of the time it was charged.Business Response Customer signed agreement to use product for a fee. We can see that he used [redacted] product and charged him for it. If he changed his email address, he did not inform us.Consumer Response The agreement signed did not include a 50 dollar minimum fee each month. This was a change or adendum which was not approved by me the customer. Informing someone of a change and getting confirmation of consent is required when changing a contract and that was not done. I never agreed to a change in the contract

Signed up for a program that is not functioning properly. Company wants to move me to a new program but is nothing like what was previously purchasedSigned up for a program called controlnow which is an antivirus program that is installed and deployed on multiple machines with little to no programming. Controlnow is not functioning properly which they admit so they want to migrate me to the new program MAXRM. New software does not function the same way and needs multiple things programmed to function. This is not what I purchased and company refuses to refund me my last year of the contract and I am being forced to stay with my current not functioning program or learn a whole new skill setDesired SettlementRefund me the last year and 3 months left on my contractBusiness Response LOGICnow is in receipt of Case # XXXXXXXX filed by one of our customers on June 15, 2016.
