Mathew has been servicing my computers since 2013 and has even helped me shop for a replacement computer when needed. He is knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge when we need help.

I have been using Logicom since moving to Prescott in 2000. Logicom has built my desktop computers, done all the work necessary on my laptop to keep it in sync with my desktop and has kept me up and running and sane during the past 16 years. Matthew, the [redacted], has recommended appropriate software and hardware to meet my needs and not take advantage. He is always available either by phone or email when I have an issue. Last year, when my desktop took a nose dive, I did the normal thing and "panicked." More than 20 years of data was stored on it and I frequently refer to old data because I do not want to reinvent the wheel, again. Matthew was able to restore 95% of the data (for which I am forever grateful) and get me back up and running. My computer is my lifeline as I work out of my home and am enrolled in on-line Divinity School, taking intensive 6-week courses. If my computer goes down, assignments are still due on time which means I need to take my laptop to a Internet Cafe to get it done. This has never happened.

Yesterday, I had a incident where it appeared Microsoft had taken over my desktop and told me to call a certain number. as hackers were getting my credit card and bank information. They said if I did not call and tried to handle the issue myself, they (whoever) would shut down my computer and lock me out. I called Matthew immediately and he told me to turn off and restart my computer as it appears as if my computer might be infected with a virus. He assured me Microsoft would never take such an action. I did so and I was back up and running, with my heart back in my chest and my blood pressure lowered. Matthew will be arriving shortly to take care of this issue. Service in less than 24 hours. That is what customer service is all about. I won't use anyone else.
