Review: ..Logitrac Inc... Provides "tracking" for equipment,, using cell tower method.. ..We have been with them for about 5 years.. Service has been "ok",,, as long as there are no hiccups... They have, however, been overcharging me for nearly a year... Our ''so-called" contact,, [redacted] is in Oxford,MS... We are unable to get this guy to answer phone calls,, return phone call messages,,, rarely returns e-mails,, etc..Their website has been off-line for upgrade, since July 9.. This is a major crippling factor to my small trucking company,,, as "service" ((..location of freight..)) is paramount.. We have repeatedly tried to get him to update us,,, but he will not speak to us.. It appears that this guy does not care at all about his clients... And,, I have no other contacts,, at this time,, that I can talk to... According to the web site,, the company is based in CA ((.I think..))... And they will not return our phone calls, either....Desired Settlement: ...We need open communications and contact info for someone, other than [redacted] in Oxford,MS... Also,,, refunds for all downtime and overcharges... We are still being charged for units that have not worked in over a year...
