I signed up for one T1 line and from the
first month we all felt our internet speed was strange.  Most of the web
sites I visited on a daily basis were just slower than when I was on DSL.
 So I went out on a limb and just added two more T1's.  It didn't seem
to help so I just blamed all the problems on the sites themselves.  Then a
friend got Time Warner Cable at their place and we went and visited our normal
sites from there and, wow, the difference!  Logix service with 3 T1's was
nothing compared to cable.  So I switched my internet to cable.
 Logix now supplies my phone only and it's been sloppy and down a few times
since.  Three T's and still I don't have good service?  Anyway,
because I'm still under contract I am paying 900+ per month for phone service I
could get for free adding it to my cable. In fact, I'm probably going to move
it anyway, maybe I will stop dropping so many calls.  I pay 900+ a month
for bad service.  I asked to be put back to the price of my original
contract before I added the extra lines trying to get good service.  They
said, “sure”, but doubled the time frame.  At $900 per month for the next
12 months that’s $10,800. The price they are offering, with the extra 12 months
added to it, it would have added up to around $8000, I think.  My request
at the original contract price would have been $4400.  I'm estimating
these numbers.  I would never have added the extra T1's had the service
been good in the first place.  I will pay them the $4400 up front and
cancel the service and contract.  That is honoring my original contract.
 They get a year’s worth of money without having to supply anything.
 That’s fair but they want to gig me for another year, that’s greed.
 Due to the contract they can do whatever they want, this shows what kind
of company they are.  Bad service and greed. 
At this very moment, our router has been
reset, multiple times throughout the day, every single day this week. Again,
there is a contract.  Logix needs to
honor their end of the contract as well by giving us the service that was
promised.  We are being more than fair by
offering to pay out the year and cut our ties. Reading the fine print on their contract shows they are not responsible for bad service, interesting how that's in there but nothing about promises to hold up their end.  Reading up on the emails when I first set up I show I was complaining about the speed within days of setting up.  They have never lived up to their end of the contract, good service or product.  I will gladly find one of my original bills and get an exact number.
