Review: I have 2 complaints that are related. My primary issue is that since signing up with Logix I have had repeated outages. At a minimum, any time it rains I lose phone service. This is not acceptable because I am an insurance agent and during the rain is typically when I can expect a large call volume for claims. I have met with service reps in person and called in for relief, but they say the issue is with AT&T and not Logix. This is just no longer an answer I can live with. If the AT&T cable that serves my building isn't air tight and won't be fixed, I need relief from my contract immediately. Additionally, my Logix contract says that when you "experience an outage with LOGIX, you will receive a credit equal to one full day for each hour of downtime." I have not received these credits, especially for my last outage for the ticket 1097816 which is still open. My office called the ticket in on a Saturday and when we got in Monday the phones were still down. LOGIX said it was because they needed access to fix the trouble. #1 - No access was needed and #2 - They have our cell numbers and I live less than 2 miles away from the office. If someone had called I would have met them at the office immediately.Desired Settlement: 1-Credit on my bill for all the outages I have had where I haven't received credit2-Early contract termination without penalty so I can get a service that works!
