receipt of your notice. I am happy to report that we were able to resolve this matter to her stated satisfaction by refunding her purchase with our company in full, totaling $195.00. Logix9 does not provide the hosting services for Ms. [redacted]'s website and, therefore, have instructed the hosting company to contact her directly to resolve any concerns she may have with them. follows:Ms. [redacted] will be refunded in the amount of $4,000.00 USD over 8 weekly installments of $500.00 USO each back to the credit card(s) she used to make her purchases. We appreciate the assistance the Revdex.com has provided and look forward to our account history reflecting this matter as resolved.

I spoke with a person by the name of Adam, as per my message sent to you as update, to discuss electronic suppliers. He sent me five website links of suppliers that were not at all professional. I have been mislead from the start and I contacted them through customer support requesting my full refund. 
We didn't resolve the issue at all, and still requesting my refund as stipulated in my initial and second complaint to them (logix9). How can they say "We resolve".
Since I contacted them a second time, after I tried their five website links of electronics suppliers, I never talked to them since and refuse to.

We will host Mr. Hoeber’s website for the lifetime of his business and also give him unlimited access to our online training center at no additional charge. Please be advised that the hosting charge of $29.95 USD did not originate with our company, as Logix9, LLC does not host our customers' websites. However, upon receipt of this complaint we contacted the hosting company that hosts Ms. [redacted]...

Please note that we have received confirmation from the hosting company that they have honored our request and the funds have been refunded back to her credit card account. She should receive her refund within the next few days, depending on how quickly her card issuer posts credits.We appreciate the assistance the Revdex.com has provided and look forward to our account history reflecting this matter as resolved.

Please be advised that on 10/30/2014 [redacted] called to inform us that he was experiencing personal issues and no longer had time to dedicate to the construction of his website. Logix9, LLC offered to keep his account and tools paused until such a time he felt comfortable continuing...

with the program. [redacted] stated he needed some time to think about his options and that he would email us with his decision on the matter. We received his email on 11/14/2014 confirming his acceptance of our offer, stating he will contact us back once he was ready to resume his training program. Subsequently, we received notification from our processing bank that [redacted] had filed a dispute for the referenced purchase, which was ultimately decided in his favor. While we were disheartened that he failed to honor his agreement With us, we take great exception to his actions regarding this complaint, as he is fully aware that his purchase has been fully refunded back to him.We appreciate the assistance the Revdex.com has provided and look forward to our account history reflecting this matter as resolved.
