Logo Design Guarantee

I ordered a logo to be designed on 12/5/15, however the logo was not createdI was immediately billed that day, but after four days I had not heard or received anything per the special day offer I initially called and was told the logo would be sent to me via a link, however it was not I sent an email and called afterwards to ask for a refund The email was not responded to and the employee receiving my call, who was crass and unprofessional, informed me that in days my refund will be received Twenty one days has passed and now I am still calling and emailing to have my returned immediately DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON: IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

Twenty one days has passed and now I am still calling and emailing to have my 108.00 returned immediately. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON: IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!
