Review: Here are two blatant fraudalent deceptive statements to consumers:

Page http://www.logodesignguru.com/ "Name your own price! See the suggested Packages Here" COMPLETE FALSE ADVERTISING for after choosing the service, it explicitly stated, "Min prize $350..." PLEASE inform me how "own" price correlates to a Min is $350?!

Page https://orders.logodesignguru.com/contests/launch/service specifically mentions a "Money Back Guarantee!*" yet neither is there fine print "*..." ANYWHERE on the page nor is it communicated what the "*" defines BEFORE a binding transaction is complete. Again both are deceptive tactics.

Result: I agreed to a Guarantee a Project Winner, for a Project which was titled, "Tech Consulting Web Design (5pg)". Multiple designers submitted their web designs. Two specifically communicated that they could display all 5 page drafts and clearly understood my requirements and agreed to price. I received an email later stating that I'm violating the terms of the service for, "Web Page/Template Design" is a single web page design in Photoshop format (who purchases this?) NOT "Complete Web Design Solution" which even after 15+ years in High Tech is what I intended. This is misleading and clearly deceptive for the latter "Solution" translates to Web Interface and Database Backend. A "Web Page/Template Design" is as a non or technical person knows is a "website" e.g. interconnected "web pages". Hence my clear intent in the title of my project (5pg) and the designers/developers understanding the transaction and mutual agreement to the cost is proof this service is intentionally false advertising.

The problem for this unethical company is the Fixed Price for a project, again false advertising, therefore demanding I upgrade to the "solution" service so as to receive 20% fee on a fixed price which is nearly twice the price of the original service.Desired Settlement: I kindly asked to withdraw my project and provide a full refund to my credit card. This company needs to clearly articulate and provide examples of what the service is versus intentionally deceiving consumers and locking them into binding agreements with the intent to defraud and not refund monies. A heavy fine should be imposed if not a class action lawsuit as any person in High Technology will point out the ambiguity and tactical process to deceive consumers.

Review: Hi, my complaint is two fold as it affects the designer too. My non-profit organization contracted with Logodesignguru (LDG) for 3 to 4 projects a few years ago. We were told it was more advantageous to purchase all of the projects at once because of various discounts, special deals that would apply to all of the design projects, etc. Of particular was when purchasing a website design, we would receive all of our images/photos for free if they were from [redacted], and that the Designers knew to choose images from [redacted] because of the contract. While designing our [redacted] page this was repeated because one Designer used images/photos that were not from [redacted], and we had to purchase our [redacted] images because the contract was just for images on the website. Recently we completed the design for our website, the Designer we chose and worked with has worked with LDG on many designs and was the winner of our [redacted] design. The decision for the winner was made on 7/15 per our conversation with LDG and on 7/17 we were sent an email saying we had to purchase our images for $108. I immediately sent an email saying that there must be something wrong because when we contracted for the website the images were free. I was told that they knew nothing of this. Later I received an email from the Designer who is getting married, and he told me that they were holding his prize money because of the fact that we had not paid for the images. I was very upset by this and immediately called LDG and spoke with customer service and my Project Manager (PM). My PM told me that they do not have to hold Designs or prize money for images and would not do that. That checks to the Designer are cut on the 20th of the month and because the design was not "approved" by that date he would not be paid until the next month. I asked if there was any way to pay him before and they said they would look into it. (Every company should have a process to cut emergency payments/checks.) The funny thing is, this money has already been paid to LDG and it is just a release of funds that our non-profit has already paid to the project. We were told that the policy changed in July of 2012. I told them we should have been grandfathered under the old contract since we purchased our website when the images were free. My PM also told me that the images would be free because we were within the guidelines. Yesterday we received an email from LDG saying that they would give us further discount and our images would cost $80. This is outrageous and unfair to our designer.Desired Settlement: We want our images for free per our original contract with LDG, and the recent verbal confirmation, and we want our website project to move forward and we want our Designer to be paid ASAP. His wedding is on the 26th of this month, he needs this money now and we want his winning released to him today.

Review: The company refused to give me back my refund I requested of 87.00 for a product I did not request I have called on several occasion in this matter and still no return on the refund I am still waiting for the call back and a explanation on why this has not been returned to my account and I have been waiting for a whole week now and still no money in my account I only wanted the logo which I paid for and that is all I requested they added on stationary and a business card.Desired Settlement: Would Like my money sent back to my card for the amount requested/
