No, the matter has not been resolved The company LogoMoo will not return my calls They have not refunded my money and have attempted to issue fake reimbirsement receipts to me and the Revdex.com ( The two fake receipts werent even the same The fake receipt they showed to the Revdex.com was not even associated with my credit card It was from an Amex and I do not even have an Amex card.)This "company" is running a scam and I am not their only victim Please help to reign them in Thank you, Revdex.com, for helping to handle this inpleasant situation I know the people at LogoMoo are hoping I will just forget about the wrong they have done me However, I cannot They are blatantly swindling hard-working people on a daily basis, myself included

I am rejecting this response because:  This is untrue. I have never received a refund from logomoo. In fact, they fabricated not one, but two fake refund receipts and tried to pass them off to me and to the Revdex.com. One was a refund to a fake Amex account. I do not even own an Amex account. The other was to a Visa. I used a MasterCard. I tried calling the company repeatedly to find out the status of my refund. I was given several excuses each time but was always promised that the refund was forthcoming. I now know that logomoo never had any intention of refunding my money. Please shut them down. This so-called company is nothing more than a few guys sitting in a room playing a shell game with their customers... Trying to keep them confused as to the status of their jobs and or any issues they may have. Please, I am floor anyone considering doing business with logomoo to move on and find a reputable company to help you with your marketing needs. You will regret doing any type of business with them whatsoever. I have read upwards of 100 complaints exactly like mine. These people need to be shut down... Sure hope they had fun with my $126.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:This is a fabricated, fake receipt. This is not a truthful receipt. I did not even use an American Express card. I used another card. The card I used does not end in those four digits. This man, [redacted], tried doing the same thing to me. He sent me a fake fabricated receipt showing a fake return. I contacted my bank they see no return from logomoo in the amount of $127. This company has no intention whatsoever of returning my hard-earned money. Also since doing business with logomoo, my chosen domain names have mysteriously become no longer available for purchase. Also since the time I first started having problems with logomoo, I have received at least 15 telemarketing calls per day from people soliciting for goods and services. Approximately half of those calls are companies looking to build me a website. I firmly believe that logomoo sold my personal information. Attempting any kind of business with the company logomoo has been nothing short of nightmarish. Please help to shut this illegitimate scam down. They are swindling people out of their hard-earned money with no intention of ever providing any type of goods or services to the customer.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
