Logoprime

I have been working with Logo-prime for awhile now and they were usually quick respond and help me out but I had ordered a service through them it was their Corporate service which includes a website with domain hosting and more for about a year with complete website design. It costs $999 and I agreed to pay 800 dollars because I wasn't totally convinced on their service so I agreed to pay the other $200 when they showed me the final product and I approved of the work done. Well I have been working on this website with a man named Jay A but recently he has been failing to return my calls, so I called the number off my wife's phone and now someone named Jerry answers the phone. So I called the number back with my phone and I was told Jay got into some accident and that he will be out of the office for awhile, calling on my wife's phone Jerry told me that he was fired from Logoprime. Now they are refusing to refund my $800 dollars even though they are no longer working with me on this service that I had ordered with them. Im beginning to think that this entire company is a scam as all their 5 star reviews have been written in July of 2019 each a day apart from each other. The second you bring up an issue they refuse to contact you and not answer your calls. Finally they don't have any other way to review them but only on *** which is super strange. If they were such a magnificent business they would most likely have their reviews handled through their website. Not to mention when you type in Logoprime on Google they aren't the first thing that comes up its actually *** and some other business. Please help me with this
