LOGO'S & T-SHIRTS

Review: I purchased a coat from [redacted]'s Department store on 11/5/13 and brought it to [redacted] at Logo's and T-shirts at [redacted], PA [redacted] to have my company logo embroidered on the chest. I received the coat back on 11/15/13 and was unsatisfied with how the logo was done. It was placed at least 2 inches lower than it should be and the logo now lays on the left breast area of the coat. As a female, it leaves my $180.00 coat ruined because I can not wear it as a Sales professional in public the way it looks. When I went into [redacted]'s store on Monday, 11/18/13 to see if there is anything he could do to make the situation better, he denied that the logo was placed wrong and refused to do anything for me to make me a happy customer. I now have to purchase another brand new coat and find a different embroider to do the job right. Being that [redacted] damaged a $180.00 coat, I feel that he should have done something to help with the cost of replacing the coat that he destroyed. Instead, he told me that "If you don't like it, take me to court....now get the [redacted] out of my store!"Desired Settlement: I would be satisfied if Logo's & T-shirts would take the responsibility of admitting that they made an error and reimbursed me for at least half the cost of the brand new coat they ruined. As a business professional, this would be the right thing to do for any unhappy customer.
