I paid for a website with additional features. It was very clearly stated satisfaction guaranteed. I was promised delivery dates over and over and those dates came and went. Friday 03/06/20 was the last promise date and they did not deliver. I paid $*** and have received nothing. They threatened to take my domain name away from me and I paid for that prior to hiring them. I have been treated very unprofessionally and I was talked down to because I was a woman. I wanted my product and they did not deliver now I want my money back. They refuse to give me my money back and I did not received my product. I was clear that if I did not receive by Friday, 03/06/20, I want my money back. I have emails and texts if needed. I purchased this product in June of 2019 but really began working with them in August on the website. See the website package below.

Refund I just want my money back. I don't want to work with them. Part of the package I purchased included them teaching me how to update and modify my own website. I cannot work with a company that has not delivered a timely product or fulfilled their deliverables per their agreement. And they seem very vindictive and who know what they may code in my website.
