I was a good paying customer it this company for over yearsMy latest experience was horrifying, don't know if the owner knows or caresMy older vehicle rolled off the lot fineWhen I got less than a mile from my home I lost power while In the process of turning left on HWY and a logging truck was headed my way I got home with high RPM's (4000) , on the parallel streetI was downhearted from finally thinking the rocking in my vehicle had stopped after this quick checkup (it was held for a few days which I agreed to correct the error from the previous supposed fix up months before) I googled the high timing problems on Google and ordered a Air Valve near the Air Access Flow filter above the air filterI watched one last video after the valve only lowered the RPM problem to 3000, so long story short, the Air Access Flow filter had a work rag stuffed into itThe air filter beneath it was crumbling and trash ( like a bunch of leaves and grass and dirt ) beneath itThat alone shows that there was a reason to pull off the whole enclosed partAfter spraying everything there with Air Access Flow cleaner and the new filter and new Air Valve, not even $100, my baby is rolling againI don't know why someone would stuff a rag in there, I'm not a policeman I do know I don't want to leave my autistic children without a parentI don't think I should have to notify him, I have heard rumors , true or notIf they need the work rag back it's bagged and labeled I only use the vehicle for distance only around times a year, all usually within miles I can't believe how comfortable and safe I felt and not knowing that rotted air filter was there, when I basically gave him and open hand and check to keep me safeI got things done there that kept me happy, even metal workIf one his workers did this to retaliate for me bringing back the vehicle and correcting the problem, fire him, but please report him to the police before he kills someone

I was a good paying customer it this company for over 10 years. My latest experience was horrifying, don't know if the owner knows or cares. My older vehicle rolled off the lot fine. When I got less than a mile from my home I lost power while In the process of turning left on HWY and a logging truck was headed my way. I got home with high RPM's (4000) , on the parallel street. I was downhearted from finally thinking the rocking in my vehicle had stopped after this quick checkup (it was held for a few days which I agreed to correct the error from the previous supposed fix up months before). I googled the high timing problems on Google and ordered a Air Valve near the Air Access Flow filter above the air filter. I watched one last video after the valve only lowered the RPM problem to 3000, so long story short, the Air Access Flow filter had a work rag stuffed into it. The air filter beneath it was crumbling and trash ( like a bunch of leaves and grass and dirt ) beneath it. That alone shows that there was a reason to pull off the whole enclosed part. After spraying everything there with Air Access Flow cleaner and the new filter and new Air Valve, not even $100, my baby is rolling again. I don't know why someone would stuff a rag in there, I'm not a policeman. I do know I don't want to leave my 2 autistic children without a parent. I don't think I should have to notify him, I have heard rumors , true or not. If they need the work rag back it's bagged and labeled. I only use the vehicle for distance only around 12 times a year, all usually within 35 miles. I can't believe how comfortable and safe I felt and not knowing that rotted air filter was there, when I basically gave him and open hand and check to keep me safe. I got things done there that kept me happy, even metal work. If one his workers did this to retaliate for me bringing back the vehicle and correcting the problem, fire him, but please report him to the police before he kills someone.
