Loja Importada

Review: I ordered several items online at sears.com. One of the articles, a thermal undershirt, came from Loja Importada. This item was not what I wanted so I requested a refund. The company did not include a packing slip or a return label. Sears would not accept the article because it was not from their stock even though I ordered from their website. Upon talking with Mr. Julio Pereira, he argued with me about returning the item until I mentioned Revdex.com. Then he said he would fax the packing slip and a return label. That was since Thurs. Jan 30 to Sat. Feb.1 when there was additional discussion with Mr. Pereira and he said he would fax the packing slip and return label. To-date, no fax or phone call regarding the fax has been received. I am returning the item because the website was unclear as to the quality and appearance of the merchandise. I was seeking short sleeves and the item is long sleeves.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a full refund of $14.00 plus tax and free return shipping.

Contrary to the complainer there was no argument , I only tried to inquiry about the reasons the costumer was complaining in order to rectify my listing if it was necessary. The costumer was somewhat aggressive in here conversation right way trying to threat me with a complain to Revdex.com . A couple days after our conversations on the phone we refunded the costumer fully and rather than going through the trouble of issuing a return slip the item was so inexpensive that you told her either to keep it or donate it to her favorite charity. After we issue this refund , we never heard from the costumer again and it seems that she never notified the Revdex.com as she did once she filled the complain . I think this was very abusive on the costumer part it would being very correct , She did not read the listing correctly , had she read the listing the right way she would have found out about the item correctly . I don't want make a issue out of such inexpensive item but I feel that I have to tell my side of the history as matter of self respect. Thank you! [redacted]
