Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Thank you, Ms***, for your attention and compassion in response to my concerns and problems I previously encountered concerning a basic check and/or transfer of LoJack registrationA couple days after my Revdex.com complaint, I decided to call back to the customer service center and someone gladly assisted me without any problems (based on the same information and exact documentation that I had already previously submitted when I initially tried to seek help and was initially rejected help and assistance)Hence, I eventually received the assistance I needed after trying several attempts over several daysYes, it was frustrating, however since I have my assistance I needed perhaps the best need I stand in need of is possibly a loyalty savings or courtesy discount placed on my account profile for my next LoJack Early Warning System I anticipate placing on my present vehicleMy LoJack account number is: [redacted] Thank you in advanceMy phone number is: [redacted] Thank you Regards, [redacted] ***

Good morning, I apologize in advance for any inconvenience Mr [redacted] is experiencing in its dealings with LoJack Mr [redacted] is correct when he states that LoJack offers a Limited Warranty with each LoJack System sold A copy of the Limited Warranty is included in the Welcome Kit provided upon installation of the LoJack System Please note that I have searched our files for the name of the complainant, but I was unable to find a record in his name It would be helpful if he could also provide the last digits of his vehicle identification number (VIN) so I can better research why his warranty claim may have been declined Best regards, - [redacted] ***Director of Corporate Compliance

I will definitely contact the dealership now but to not take any responsibility or accountability just affirms  my belief of how they do their business. So I guess thats all there is to it. LoJack Corporation has concluded its investigation of thecomplaint filed by Ms. [redacted], and we want to advise you of thefollowing.  Although Ms. [redacted] stated that her vehicle was stolen onFebruary 15, 2015, it was not entered into the NCIC database as stolen untilFebruary 24,...

2015.  We were going toinspect the LoJack unit in Ms. [redacted]’s vehicle and on April 22 severalmessages were left with her to contact us to set up an appointment for acomplimentary inspection even though her warranty expired on May 23, 2014.  However, because of the delay in Ms. [redacted]’svehicle recovery, the amount of time that has passed, and the inconveniencecaused to Ms. [redacted], LoJack has decided to issue her a refund in the amountof $695.00 as she has requested.  She will be receiving the refund in the near future if she has not already receivedit.We at LoJack value our customers very highly and are sorryfor any inconvenience this matter may have caused to Ms. [redacted].  If you have further questions, please feel free to contactme via email or at [redacted].Thank you.  [redacted].  [redacted], ParalegalLoJack Corporation[redacted]

practice to train dealership personnel on the features and capabilities of our products, including the coverage areas. Please note that our coverage areas are also posted on our website at www.lojack.com/coverage.
It is unfortunate if the claimant was not made aware of the LoJack coverage areas at the time of purchase. Since LoJack is not a party to the sales transaction we recommend that the claimant seek to resolve this matter directly with the dealership.
