I bought an XL Lokai black pearl bracelet and spent a nice piece of change for it, since black pearl is my horoscope gem. It did not fit and I ended up giving it to my moms!
I cannot tell you the number of bracelets that I have bought from Lokai retailers, and recently directly from lokai website when I purchased the pearl bracelet. Now I am out of a bracelet, its feel good meaning of the beads, and the money I spent for it. And it is very hard to find contact info, even though their operating headquarters is in my state. I sent an sms, but I have no idea how my situation will be resolved Id like another pearl bracelet or the sold out gay pride one!

This customer's package was expedited to them after the requested reshipment and has been delivered. ***

THEIR website gave me an error message that the order was not processed, meanwhile (apparently) processing the order!!!!! When I got the "order could not be processed" message from ***, I tried a second time! I received the same error message!!! What a great plan for Lokai to generate revenue! And then tell the customer "no returns!" Absolute ridiculous! The transactions were simultaneous, which is certainly indicative of receiving an error message while "checking out!" In addition, I was charged shipping TWICE because of THEIR website error!

Hello,This Lokai the customer showed she purchased was not an authentic LokaiSince it was not our product, we are unable to issue a replacement for itThe customer was also immediately notified (within emails after gathering more information as shown in the attachment) that this was counterfeit
and was never told that 'there was no way for us to tell'She was also informed that our only authorized retailers online are our website and *** since we do have such a great counterfeit issue
