Thank you for clarifying the previous emails sent to [redacted] were sent to the previous management company, [redacted] ***We are in receipt of the consumer complaint notice dated September 7, Thank you for allowing us the day extension (9/22/2016) to respond to this complaint as we have not received it until now[redacted] is affordable senior housing complex required to comply with strict Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations [redacted] 's daughter [redacted] was not a legal member of the household [redacted] was considered by [redacted] an unauthorized person living in ***'s unit.We are attaching a lengthy bulleted summation (in confidence) of activity that transpired - and this does not include all the negative encounters and events that went on***'s daughter, [redacted] ,was verbal ly abusive and threatening to [redacted] staff and residents on numerous occasionsAgencies such as [redacted] and [redacted] , who were attempting to provide financial assistance to [redacted] contacted [redacted] for information and made mention of the verbal abusive behavior they also experienced with the [redacted] 's [redacted] (and daughter) missed deadlines set by the court and subsequent court hearingsIt was a most unpleasant and unfortunate experience.In any event, [redacted] (and daughter)'s case was heard by the courts and a writ of summary possession was issued by the Judge on February 17,2016.This is not the [redacted] 's first attempt to defame [redacted] [redacted] (and daughter) have contacted other agencies who apparently did no not accept the [redacted] 's version of what has transpired[redacted] , a private non-profit corporation organized in 1967, has experiences as sponsor, developer, owner, and manager of properties (over units) in Maui County (including the islands of Molokai and Lanai) for the past years The corporation's purpose is to develop and manage safe, sanitary, decent housing as well as provide supportive services for very low to moderate income elderly and families throughout Maui County.Our objective is to provide rental housing,related facilities, and supportive services specially designed to meet the physical, social,and psychological needs of our residents and to contribute to their health, security, happiness, and usefulness in longer living.Please let us know if you have further questionsI can be reached at the [redacted] Site Office at [redacted]
