My husband and I are now leasing a Nissan Sentra from this company The car is fine It's the owner and employees I am upset with I was told to contact my insurance company to make sure coverage was transferred to the nisssan I called and they said they needed a fax for either the bill of sale or the sticker on the car I then called Nissan and asked if they would fax it for me Gabriel told me yes and that he would call me after I never head back from him I went to Nissan and talked to Gabriel and he said that the fax was sent and that someone else (can't remember the name he said) was suppose to do the follow up call and that's why I didn't hear from him I went home and called the insurance company to see if they received the fax yet Nothing yet I called Nissan again and asked to talk to Jimmy Gthis time I explained everything to Jimmy and he said he would take care of it I followed up with my insurance company to make sure they received the fax, and still nothing At this point, three weeks later,I have the insurance company calling them and asking for the fax from Jimmy, whom lied and said he didn't even know what I was talking about, but he will send the fax to them today I was so upset at this point that I called the manager who did nothing but defend his employees without even hearing all I had to say I couldn't finish a sentence without Dan jumping in and talking over meThe only thing I was able to get out was that I was very upset because I felt that as soon as the papers were signed that his employees couldn't care less about his customers It was very clear he didn't care what I had to say because he just would not stop talking I finally had to elevate my voice so he would hear me At this point he was now telling me I was yelling and that he was sorry that it was my perception that his employees had lied to me, as if I'm the liarNot that he was sorry they did lie to me He apologized that I felt that way He then asked if I wanted to continue to insult his business and employees, which I wasn't I was trying to tell him facts and he was defensive and condescendingI told him that I couldn't even finish venting to him about what I was upset about because he wouldnt'stop talking over me At this point he says okay, go ahead and finish I tell him how I feel and what happened and okay I'm finished venting His response was "Should I just say have a good day now, or what? I said, I can't believe that you're not upset that your employees lied to me and again, he said that he was sorry that was my perception of his employees He did explain to me that in Florida, they aren't allowed to do such a thing as fax the information I understand that now But what I don't understand is why Jimmy or Gabriel did not tell me they couldn't Instead, just to shut me up, they said they would take care of it a few times and then did nothing at all I could have been in serious trouble if I hadn't followed up with the insurance company only find out they still did nothing at all, even though they said they would Not even tell me they couldn't do that As far as I'm concerned, Dan bit the hand that feeds him and he has little regard for his customers after the bill of sale is signed I'm very unhappy and I feel that Dan does not appreciate or honor his customers at all

When scratches appeared on the inside of my Altima's display, Lokey refused to cover it under my warranty, even tho my car only had 15,milesI contacted the service manager J J, general manager Glen J, and salesman who sold me the car, George A, and they all stopped returning my calls and e-mailsSo I took it to Autonation Nissan and Sarah could not have been more pleasant and helpful! Their service techs realized it was a defective part and replaced it under my warrantyIt's when you have a problem with a product that the character of a person or business is revealed, and Lokey demonstrated their complete lack of character

This was the worst experience I've ever had with any businessI have bought several cars in the past and enjoy the car buying experience, but this turned out to be the worst nightmare with the worst service possibleI found a "good deal" online and called in the morning to ensure that the car was available and that I qualified for all applicable rebates for that price and there would only be standard taxes and fees on top of that
Once I arrive to the dealership, I see that they are doing a major renovation and have placed the sales office in a trailerSo I meet ANGELO, the sales associate I spoke with over the phone that morning, and he remembers exactly the car I'm looking for so he says he will get the keys and be right backOne hour later (no exaggeration), he frantically comes back and says that the car is in a holding lot minutes northAngelo says he's embarrassed because he knows I drove from Orlando to Clearwater to buy that specific car
Regardless of this, I still give the dealership a chance and agree to talking numbers to see if the car should be transported if I buy itThen Angelo proceeds to show us a list price that's $4,higher than the price I agreed with him over the phoneHe goes on to say that the price online is with all qualifying rebates and before the DEALER ADDENDUM of $2,I immediately ask for a manager
The sales manager, MIGUEL, tries to do the typical dealership runaround of how much I want to pay per monthI instantly call his b.sand tell him I came for the price I confirmed with over the phone, and that mandatory dealer installation fees are advertisement and means for legal action against the dealership
At this point, the GSM, BRENT T***, steps in and tries to resolve the situationHe continued to lower the price to try and save the sale and reduce escalation, but I told him that no matter what the price is, I wouldn't buy a car from LOKEY NISSAN because of its wrongful business practicesHe continues to say that Lokey is the best selling car dealer on the coast, so I ask him if they achieve that morally and thru honest business practicesHis reaction was my confirmation that Lokey is built on the foundation of greed, sleaziness, and inconsiderationThere are better places you can go to buy a car, DO NOT TRUST Lokey

Horrible dealership, bad customer service, misleading on finance terms, horrible Nissan RogueI have had issues things not work and it's only a year old
