returned a jacket and requested a refund. it was not processed the first time they said a girl did it wrong. it was processed a 2nd time and I still have not received my refund. Inquiring again they say there was a mistake AGAIN and it will be processed on Jan 29th and it will take 5 days after that. I believe they are just stalling. It should not take this long to get a refund the refund order number keeps changing and it says I have been refunded the money and I have not received it. The jacket was returned after Christmas I believe it was still in Dec.

Customer initially contacted us regarding an exchange for the item that she received in December on the 28th of December. We received the item back from her on January 19, 2018 for exchange. We were out of the item that she was looking to exchange for. We contacted her to ask if there was something else we could exchange for and she declined. At this time our clerk Matt executed a refund on the edited order on January 19th. This is a virtual order and doesn't connect to the credit card transaction on the initial order. This was an oversight and error on his part.

On January 25th I received an email from her stating that she had not received her refund yet and was inquiring as to it's status. I researched the transaction history, figured out what had happened and executed the refund on the Initial Order which is linked to the credit card transaction. The system informed me that it would be withdrawn from our payout by our Credit Card processor on January 29th. I responded to the customer with this information and explained exactly what had happened and offered my apologies.

Her response to this was that I was stalling, implying that I was for some reason holding her money. I responded to her again that I am sorry, but I can't control how fast the credit card companies process. I attached a copy of the transaction history to prove to her what I was saying.

I have done everything that I can to help the customer to the best of my ability. It is unfortunately out of my hands at this time.

I am rejecting this response because: I still don't have my money and his timeline is quite different considering the jacket was returned on Jan 2nd and received 5 days later. this is the 3rd excuse that I have been given and still no money.
