I ordered some unicorn items the first time and got absolutely nothing. I contacted the store, facebook, email, called and still zero. I had to contact my bank for my money back...so, I tried again a year later. Same exact BS. How sad a shop can be so dishonest and ignore everything that is right ! This happened 2020 and then last year so it's not as if anything has changed...

I ordered two times from this shop online and got ZERO. I placed my order and waited a month but received nothing. I emailed, called and even messaged on face book but no response. I had to go through my bank to get my money back and dispute the order. Well, a year later I thought I'd give this shop another chance and the same EXACT thing happened. No items, no response, no nothing ! Do not order from this shop unless you want to be disappointed and fight to get your money back. How sad to be so unprofessional and dishonest !

I placed an order for merchandise from this merchant via their website and after not receiving a shipping confirmation or any other form of communication from the vendor I contacted them . I made several calls and sent several emails to them but no one bothered to respond to my inquiry about my order. They accepted and took my payment and never sent me my order. This vendor is completely unprofessional and individuals should stay clear if this poor excuse of a business.

Review: Ordered several t-shirts online on 5/**, have neither received the goods nor have been updated as to the order status, despite several emails. I asked for an update or a refund, but have not heard back at all. Money was taken by the vendor day after the order.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the goods that I ordered!

Review: This business essentially stole from me. I ordered two baby items through their online store and the money was taken from my account. I never received any shipping notification so I tried several times through email, the website, phone calls, and even social media to get ahold of the business and tell them they took my money but did not deliver a product. I have never experienced anything like this before. The complete lack of response on their end is actually incredible.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money refunded. The gifts were never sent and I just want my money back. Maybe some kind of explanation so I don't just go around continuing to believe there is a store out there just stealing from people unapologetically.
