I still have the origanal receipt with the stapled note that she said I took off the origanal receiptI was not loud to her at all, her cashier was belittling me the whole timeThese woman are lying and I have the proofI never wore that dress, I never damaged that dress after I got it homeI am a very honest person and do not like the lies they are saying about meI bought a damaged dress from them, I was very very happy with the dress besides it coming apart As far as my yelling to her downstairs was also a lie, I could believe the way I was treated by her cashierI would have gladly taken in store credit but didn't think it was fair to me since the dress was damaged and the way they treated me.

My name is *** ***, owner of Lola'sI received a letter from Revdex.com concerning a dress purchased on Aug It was the last dress we had under that style numberI was at the store that day and even recall her comment on how much she liked itA lady that works for me checked her outThe lady that works for me is usually very particular about the condition of any article we sell and will point a problem if there is oneOn Aug 26th, I was downstairs in my other business with a customer when this lady came rushing down the stairs complaining loudly about an article she had in her hand that she had recently purchasedI excused myself with the customer I was helping and headed upstairsShe said it was purchased to wear to a weddingI asked her if she tried the dress onShe said yesI asked her if she looked at the dress when she got homeShe said she didn't take the dress out until she was ready to wear itI tried to do the right thing, telling her she could get in-store credit and feel free to look aroundShe insisted on her money backI told her I could not do thatWe have an in-store policy that we staple to every receipt plus it is posted at the registerHer receipt did have the policy stapled to itI told her if she could not find anything at the time her name and store credit would be in the computerShe could use the credit at anytimeShe insisted loudly about her money back, and I repeated about the creditThen she grabbed the dress and rushed out of the storeI must be strict on my store policyI'm sorry for her dissatisfaction.
