I purchased a baby gift at the beginning of June which had still not been received 2 weeks from the time is was charged to my account. I began sending emails and leaving voice mails for the next 2 weeks inquiring about when I could expect delivery. I have not received one response so called them one last time to say if I'd not received my item, an email or phone call by today, 6/** I would be pursuing a refund and reporting them to the Revdex.com. I did not get a response.

Review: I made an online purchase with Lollipop Moon on February **,2015 (order # [redacted]- [redacted]) The online receipt states that I will receive an order comfirmation. I have yet to recieve and order comfirmation. I have not received my order, Although my account was charged for the order. I have called and emailed the company, but no response. I would like a refund of my order that was charged to my account in the amount of $82.46. I do not wish to do any business with this company. I would just like my money back. I dont have trust in the company after this experience.

Review: I ordered an adorable outfit from Lollipop Moon. My credit card was immediately charged. No outfit was ever delivered. I called a minimum of 5 times. No one ever answered the phone or responded to my messages. We emailed once with no reply. I checked the Revdex.com website and found a complaint almost identical to mine.Desired Settlement: I want my $70.95 back.

Review: I ordered a special pair of baby shoes for my new granddaughter and their website said it would take 8-10 weeks for delivery. When I contacted them for non-delivery the phone was disconnected and I tried several emails with no response. They still have a website and still have a presence on [redacted]Desired Settlement: Money back through [redacted]

I ordered a dress for my daughter for Christmas and it has never shown up. I sent 4 emails, and I called and left 2 messages nothing no response. I had to go out and buy another dress.

Review: I purchased a dress for my daughter's 1st birthday and paid 2nd day air, but dress never arrived...it was never shipped! This website is a scam! I tried to contact them, but the phone number is not valid. I just want my money back! I will never order anything from [redacted] again. Never!Desired Settlement: I just want my refund. That's all.

Review: Ordered a first birthday outfit for my daughter and they sent a skirt that was completely different than the one in the picture that I ordered. Tried to call the company multiple times and no one ever answered. I left many voicemails and never received a return call either. I emailed the company as well and never heard anything back! This is a terrible company to purchase from and clearly based on the complaints I am not the only one that feels this way!Desired Settlement: I tried to get the item exchanged for the one that I ordered months ago. I would either like the skirt that I actually ordered or a refund of my money for receiving the wrong merchandise!

Review: I ordered and paid for two items online with my debit card on March **. These items were never delivered. My emails were never responded to and the 800 number listed on the website was "out of service". I am currently going through the process with my bank to get my money refunded which unfortunately in a huge hassle due to the fact I used a debit card and not a credit. Their website changes every week including the phone number and email address however the continue to ignore my complaints.Desired Settlement: I'd like my money and at this point the items I ordered for the time I've put into dealing with this mess.

Review: I purchased $172 worth of infant clothing items from Lollipop Moon via their website on May **, 2014. My purchase was processed for payment, they received my payment, and I have never received my purchased items. I have contacted the company many times(probably nearing 10), to no avail. My initial call was returned & a lady told me she would check the shipping & call me back with the info, which never happened. She also stated she would start a reversal process, which has never happened either.

I have never had an issue like this with any business. I have been as patient & cordial as possible which has still not helped.

I am now considering this as a fraudulent act of theft on the part of the company.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. This is ridiculous. $172 would buy a lot of food, diapers, and clothing for my twins.

Review: Lollipop Moon took my money and never shipped my product. I have yet to receive even an order confirmation from them and it's been almost a month since my initial order. They charged my credit card for my order and although I have sent two emails and made six phone calls, to date I have not received a response to my emails or phone calls. I got sent to voicemail every time I called. I finally resorted to messaging them through their [redacted] page and they did manage to reply, claiming that an email confirmation had been sent (which it had not) and that my order would ship in just a few days (which it did not). Even more disturbing is that they won't respond to [redacted] either, and the phone number they have listed with [redacted] is disconnected.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and an apology wouldn't hurt either.
