Lolo Hot Springs Resort

Friday May 3rd 2019 myself and a friend decided we would go to Lolo Hot Springs and rent cabins for Saturday May 4th 2019 I called and booked a cabin directly after that my friend called to book a cabin however they said they didn't have any available so I called back and asked for a refund about 20 minutes later. They refused and said we do not make refunds and we will not be giving your money back however we can transfer you to another day so you can stay at the cabin on a different day. I said no I do not want to stay there anymore I just want to have my money back. They said here's the number for the manager you can talk to her about that I said that's fine I would love to talk to your manager. I called and I spoke to the manager and she also said that they will not return my money she said that they have signs on their website stating that there are no refunds. The receptionist said that she told me that they have no refunds it was a lie they never told me that and I don't have access to the internet at my house in Deer Park Washington, and therefore I cannot see on the website if it did say that because my friend gave me the phone number. All I want is my money back it was $90.95.
