I received a call from All Business Media offering to design a video to advertise my businessIt would be $a month to host this videoThey said I had nothing to lose since I could cancel at any timeI agreed to try it for a monthThey began charging me before the video went upThey did produce and upload a video which many might have liked but it was not consistent with my brandingI asked that it be taken down and my service cancelledThat was several months agoIt took at least a month to take it down and I am still being billed even though last month I disputed the charge with my credit card company
All Business Media is a great company! The customer service skills their staff display exemplify the way most company's should operate They were patient in answering all my questions, thorough in helping me execute a direction for me to move in, as well as polite and knowledgeableI give all business media five stars!

I never write bad reviews or any reviews really, for that matter but this was just too much to let go...THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL encounter I have ever had in my life with an employee...
All business media has been managing our account for a couple months now. Just today I received a phone call from a [redacted] - Marketing Director about a deal that would increase our marketing strategy...It was during the middle of the work day as I was driving to another job but I took the time to hear him out. After hearing the deal that sounded pretty good, all except the initial payment, I told him I would have to run it by my parents, also the owners of the company and possibly split the cost with them from my personal money in order to make things happen.
Unfortunately it was something we simply could not fiscally agree on. Just minutes ago as I called Carl back to try to explain this to him, he immediately took an aggressive, condescending, malicious and vulgar tone and dialect with me. I am 25 trying to take over and grow my parents business and he is a 60 year old with what seems to be some knowledge and experience and I'm sure this is a common occurrence with clients...but he proceeded to tell me, and I quote:
"I thought you told me you were taking over the company... I guess if I told you it was free you couldn't take the deal either because you can't make those kind of decisions."
"So where do you think you company is going to advertise once someone else takes this...nowhere."
"you're not going to argue with me because you know I'm right."
"I get paid 200k a year to deal with pieces of [redacted] like you all the time."
As you can imagine, I could not believe what I was hearing and coming from an honest family/ business with morals and values I let him know that we will be canceling our services with their company immediately because we would never talk to one of our customers that way. EVER!
I sent emails to this company to try and speak to someone in charge about [redacted] This is completely unacceptable and I am still waiting to hear back.
