She would not give us a confirmation number! . Told us to call back the next day. We did she still didn't have a confirmation number available? We were on the road on Friday after work and she said we no showed Wednesday and our card declined? What? I called the bank and they took out one night 111.38 I called her back she said yes we did charge you because you didn't show up! I said we need a room for Friday and sat we are going fishing why would we make a reservation for wed nigh ? We live 250 miles away! She said I will have my GM call you. He said after researching every thing and since he called us and left a message he will charge us half the price! We said we didn't get a call from you he said that's the best he can do . Wow. Seriously. I bet they do this to people all the time, good scam no way out of it your word against theirs! Shame on them to take money from people like that! They were so rude to us they wouldn't even let us talk.Desired Settlement: They are charging us half of the amount they already took out of our credit card which was 111.38.
