To whom it may concern:In response to your recent letter concerning a customer complaint about his less than satisfactory service experience with us we would like to explain how this situation has been handled and how we feel is has now been resolvedThis piece of equipment is currently still under
initial warranty with ***Upon tearing apart the equipment it was discovered that the problem seemed to stem from ethanol gas*** was contacted and they stated since it was not related to a defect in material or workmanship of the carburetor it would not be covered under warrantyCustomer was charged for the time to tear the carburetor apart, it's cleaning, and the reassemblySince that time we have contacted *** again explaining that the customer is highly unsatisfied with the decision not to pay for the service of their replacement equipment and that we have potentially lost a customer due to this decision*** has decided to reimburse our company for the entire invoice, which in turn customer has been contacted and notified that we will reimburse him in full.GLeroy S*** Arden Equipment Repair
