Lombardo's Appliances

On October 16, 2014 I purchased a dryer from Lombardo's Appliances with a 90 day warranty. About a week after I had the dryer I realized that certain settings did not work, so I called [redacted] who is the owner and asked if he could fix it. Well the first time he tried to fix it the part that he replaced did not work either so he went to get another one the next day. [redacted] sent someone over to replace the part again and yet again the part did not work, third times a charm it was determined that the third part wouldn't work with the machine so his employee offered to give me a comparable dryer and he would remove the current one. So he replaced that dryer on November 6, 2014 and it seemed to be working just fine, until Christmas eve, then this dryer completely stopped working. Since it was the holiday I waited to contact [redacted] until December 26th, I called twice, left a voicemail and texted for [redacted] to contact me to resolve the issue with no response. At this point I only wanted a refund, I had gone through 2 dryers in less than 2 months and neither worked properly. As of today January 5th contact was finally made with [redacted] only for him to tell me that he basically was not honoring his warranty and I could take him to court, he knows most people wont take him to court because of the cost. [redacted], is a fraud and this man is cheating people out of their money and in my opinion is a very dishonest man with no moral work ethic, for him to take advantage of people like this is truly disturbing. I bought a reconditioned freestanding stove/oven from the owner of Lombardo's appliances, on OCT.29th2013, paid $325.00 with my debit card. He finially delivered it on Oct.7th2013, 9 days later! Then when he gets it here it has a broken leg and scratches that weren't there when I bought it! He tells me he just moved his business,and he remembers a leg that he didn't know which appliance it went to, he will go back to office put the leg in his truck and bring it in the morning. He comes the next day, the leg does not fit! Why didn't he take the model number off of the stove? Then after 2 days of excuses he shows up with 2 different kinds of legs, neither fit. The whole time the stove has been left in the center of my kitchen! He leaves with his helper say he will take care of it as soon as possible! I dont hear from him at all the next day. I call him on the morning of the 11th, I am angry and tell him I want the leg problem fixed today! He says he is on his way to [redacted] to pickup more appliances, he will have to come that night after he gets back. He never calls. I leave him a text telling him I expect him by 9 in the morning. No response! I call him on the 12th tell him I'm turning him in to the Revdex.com, [redacted], [redacted] etc...if my stove isnt fixed today!! He tells me he is going to bring back my old stove and refund my money! I tell him "no your not! I've waited patiently, through all his excuses, for 2 weeks, you will come with the leg or I will call the police!" He hungup on me. would not take my calls, I tried many times. Then he shows up in my driveway, with the old now extremly beaten-up old stove. I inform him that I have called police, he stays in driveway for 5 min. then leaves before police arrive. I still have a broken stove, in the middle of my kitchen. He will never be allowed in my home again! Not only is he a horrible bussiness man, he cheats the government too! He keeps 2 sets of books, one for cash one for card or check. I would also like to take the chance here to tell the Revdex.com that the owner has rented a new facility off of [redacted] while his business license remains at [redacted] where he is about to vacate on the 19th of this month.
