My name is [redacted].  Effective 12/1/1214, my wife and I are the new owners of London Bridge Linens.  This complaint #[redacted] went unanswered until now because your notifications were sent to the prior owner (Mr. [redacted]), who failed to see and/or forward the complaint to our...

attention for resolution. This complaint is entirely unfounded.  The individual who filed it (Mr. [redacted]) is not and never has been a customer of London Bridge Linens.  [redacted], the person he names as his salesperson, is not an employee or agent of London Bridge Linens in any way.  She is the owner of [redacted]), a completely separate company from London Bridge Linens ([redacted]://[redacted].  We have no ownership, control or involvement with [redacted] in any fashion except the we are one of their suppliers. Mr. [redacted] purchased the items mentioned in his complaint from [redacted] contracted with London Bridge Linens to manufacture the goods, which we did.  We made them according to the specifications provided to us on the Purchase Order from [redacted].  Consequently, our customer in this matter is [redacted], not Mr. [redacted].  If [redacted] believes we manufactured the items improperly, they can contact us to remedy the situation.  They are a longstanding customer of ours and we have a very good relationship and history of working together to resolve the occasional customer complaint.  If Mr. [redacted] is unhappy with his bedding, he should contact the business where he made the purchase ([redacted]).  If they feel we did something wrong, they will contact us for a resolution of the matter.  We never collected a penny from Mr. [redacted] so we do not have the ability to refund his purchase price even if we were so inclined.  I personally called Mr. [redacted] several weeks ago to discuss the situation with him, and though he did not answer, I left a detailed message explaining the situation and inviting him to call back if he had any further questions.  He never called back, nor have we ever received any requests from [redacted] to make new bedding for him. In closing, London Bridge Linens has been manufacturing sheets and related bedding products from our Lake Havasu City plant for over 30 years.  We go to great lengths to provide excellent products and excellent customer service, which is evidenced by the fact that to the best of my knowledge, this is the first Revdex.com complaint we have ever received.  I invite you to contact Mr. [redacted] and ask him to provide you with a copy of his receipt or order confirmation, at which time you will see the he filed his complaint against the wrong company.  You are also welcome to contact [redacted] at [redacted] who will be able to confirm all of the above.  Thank you for your attention and assistance with this matter.  Given the facts above, we certainly hope you will remove this complaint from our record.  Should you require any further information in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
