I called them to ask how they got the quote without actually seeing me in person and was told that it was done by a visual drive by. Then was emailed it would be 3-4 weeks for them to do. I called back mid-October because no one came and found out that they had not scheduled me in yet and I asked again when it would be done. Now they were not sure and then a week later a worker from the company came by to actually see me and look at the scope of work that was quoted. The worker said that there was more work to be done than he was led to believe. I called their office to find out what is going on but no re-quote made by them and they just didn't know when they could firmly put it in schedule because the office was going to be closed all next week. Called on Nov. 10 when the office reopened and was told they were surprised it wasn't done the previous week. Told they would get back to me the next day but this did not happen. I called them today Nov. 13 to be told that they were now finishing off the season and that the quote was wrong without a re-quote made.
