I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The invoice for repairs for my alarm system was given to your technician, [redacted], along with a note to Terry. Please ask him to explain why he did not deliver it. There is no way for either party to determine the cause of the damage to the gas valve, so I will reluctantly agree to this resolution.
