On February 14, one of London Landsapes drivers hit my parked vehicle with their snow plow tractor, causing damage to the rear quarter panelI spoke with the driver who referred me *** his bossI spoke with *** and he apologized and offered to pay for damages directly so as to avoid insurance claimsI took him at his word and got some estimatesAfter sending him the estimates he decided that *** weren't willing to pay and that they would accept half the blame and pay up to $toward the bill (which was $before seeing the hidden damage, or rental vehicle for the days of repairs)He then stopped responding to any emails or phone calls until I copied the receptionist, upon which he stated he wasn't ignoring me, just too busy to answer emails*** I went through insurance and got everything done, with his insurance paying my deductible *** ** Oh, and they made a mess of the parking lot

I spoke with the driver who referred me [redacted] his boss. I spoke with [redacted] and he apologized and offered to pay for damages directly so as to avoid insurance claims. I took him at his word and got some estimates. After sending him the estimates he decided that [redacted] weren't willing to pay and that they would accept half the blame and pay up to $500 toward the bill (which was $1000 before seeing the hidden damage, or rental vehicle for the 3 days of repairs). He then stopped responding to any emails or phone calls until I copied the receptionist, upon which he stated he wasn't ignoring me, just too busy to answer emails. [redacted] I went through insurance and got everything done, with his insurance paying my deductible [redacted] Oh, and they made a mess of the parking lot.

Thank you so much to [redacted] and his amazing crew at London Landscape! They just completed an incredible deck for us so that we can finally enjoy our amazing backyard! They were so helpful in narrowing down what exactly my husband and I wanted, and how to best utilize our space! We can't believe the transformation that they did, and really appreciated the attention to detail and their availability if I had any questions. We will definitely be using their services on future projects and would highly recommend them!
