Review: My daughter went there 10-18-13 and as of today 10-24-13 her nails are falling off the worse service I thinik I have ever seen and my sister got hers done the same day and same problem we went to ask for our money back and the so called manger [redacted] said she did not have the owners name or number and would not give us the funds back. There nails were falling off chipping and breaking. [redacted] refunsed to give me any information to be able to settle this with the owner she said she runs it and he did not give her his informintion in witch is very hard to belive.

My name is [redacted] the London Nails' owner in Antelope. After twelve years in business this is the first conflict with a customer that we couldn't resolve and a report filed with the Revdex.com. On 10/18/2013 there were two young ladies that came to our shop to get their nails done. They both got a full-set of acrylics nails. On 10/24/2013 one of the two ladies came back with with another lady. First the other lady claimed that she is the Aunt of the lady that came back to our shop. Later she claimed that she is the Mother of the lady. The customer who came back didn't talk much at all, only the one she brought with her did all of the talking. She demanded the money be refunded for the service that her niece received. One of the nail technicians ([redacted]) asked her "What's wrong with her nails?" She showed [redacted] her nails with one nail that broke off and one chipped. [redacted] told her "let me fix them for you". But her Aunt wanted the money back. [redacted] told them "How can I refunded the service that we did for you. It isn't a product that you bought." So they talk back and forth. The lady asked [redacted] for the owner's phone number which [redacted] didn't give out. [redacted] told me about this problem but only about the broken nail that she could fix. However, our sign posted in the waiting area "all service are final, no refunded." [redacted] forgot to point it out to them. It has been there for so long [redacted] didn't remember it was there. [redacted] did know all about good customer relation, that's why she willing to fix her broken nails even though it had been more than three days. Our posted sign "No repair after three days". After all, the customer didn't give me enough time to resolve this issue in a good manner; they went online and posted their comment. At the end we didn't even know if she was the Aunt or her Mother? Even if we gave a refunded to her our name is now damaged by her posted on Yelp.

That is not true as in the pictures I attached it is not ok for nails to look like that after 2/3 days. I'm still requesting my money back I paid for a service and did not get the correct service I paid for. At this time im request my money back in the amount of $40 if I do not get it back I will have not choice but to seek legal services as I have plenty of proof of the crappy services.
