He likes to cite his contractual obligations and dominates any conversation with his views on this, unwilling to listen or have a reasonable discussion *** *** He has been extremely rude on the two different occasions when we called to inquire if he was sending anyone to clear our driveway, having waited nearly a day for one of his crews to arrive We tried to talk reasonably to him but he seems incapable of doing so
He was extremely rude to my wife the first time, hanging up on her On the second occasion, he hung up on me when I tried to get in a few words He had ranted to me for many minutes beforehand and resisted me saying anything He phoned back, suggesting I had hung up on him Again, he would not let me speak and I eventually hung up on this person ranting at the other end of the phone I kept calling back to rant some more, unwilling to let me speak I felt I had little alternative but hang up each time *** ***
The issues were around how much snow fell on my driveway in a day By my own measurements, it was 3+ inches and inches the times we called These fit well within the criteria of the contract, which is inches per snowfall His stance was that it was less than inches each time, which was different from what we experienced
It is mostly his demeanor and lack of customer focus that is the major problem The crews, when he does send them, have done a reasonable job Although we do not expect a quick response, most often the crews arrive many, many hours after what I would consider a reasonable time response

I hired London Snow crew after the first snow of the seasonI was out of town and wanted the drive cleared so my family would not have to shovelThey failed to show up in a timely manner at that time and have not since cleared my drive when neededWhen you sign up, they ask what time of day you need the drive clearedThis has *never* happenedA couple of times, they have cleared the snow after we have shoveled our way out in the morning, and they have cleaned the rest of the driveThis is not the service I signed up for *** ***

this is my third winter using this company for snow removal I have had no issues-I have called the owner personally on a couple of occasions and he always has gotten back to me If you absolutely have to have your drive shovelled out by a certain time-there may be an issue when all of London is piled with snow...I am sure they run out of time, but they have always come, sometimes twice that winter a couple of yrs ago and the job they do is very good, including the sidewalk etc...for the money they charge I believe it is good value I lived in a condo complex with units and we paid 16,for the season for snow removal! for season...I have no issues!

We hired the London Snow Crew to clear our driveway this winter We even paid for the 'premium' service, which guarantees early snow removal and a second clearing if the snow continues to fall after the clearing I can say with confidence that I have personally shovelled my driveway EVERY single time it has snowed this winter On January 1/2, 2015, the biggest snow fall of the season, London Snow Crew cleared the driveway in the middle of the night When I woke up, my car was buried in feet of snow, my entire driveway was covered with at least inches of snow and my stairs were completely covered Given that I have paid for the premium service, I anticipated a second clearing, which did not happen *** when I phoned them to discuss my issues, *** became defensive, and spent more time and energy defending themselves than trying to give me good customer service.*** *** *** *** *** *** I would NEVER recommend this company

Extremely rude, unpunctual, arrogant. Tried to call many times to set up an appointment but did not show up, then they called couple days later and when I asked why he was not able to come he responded in an extremely rude manner and told me to find someone else for snow.
