London transit is a horrible business they offer horrible services, [redacted], [redacted] The company offers a bus pass now on a card, and if you loss the card, it's 5$ to replace it not $3, and they take up to 3 business days to receive it. [redacted] But London transit, they first have to fill out a form, then send it up stairs to get completed, who knows how long that'll take, and for a bus to be on time well let's say it's safe to say you can leave your house 5 mins after the bus is supposed to be at the stop.
