We responded to him that we were told by him to remove and polish the scratches and that is what we did. They were returned to him with no imperfections back to him. These are simple flat square bases that are easy to see and judge if they are in the desired condition or not at the moment they received. It is that simple.

Review: I had the Londono Brothers restore a pair of lamps for me. It was not a a terribly complicated job, but they returned the lamps with huge circular polishing marks all over the bases making them look far worse than their original state. When I told them that their work was unacceptable and that they must fix it and repolish them properly or refund my money they flat out refused. Every conversation I have had with them ends up in them yelling at me and hanging up the phone. They are impossible to work with, have no integrity, are terrible at what they do, and are incredibly rude.Desired Settlement: The least the Londono Brothers can do for their terrible restoration job is refund my money.
