Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The reason my payment was late in Decwecause I left a post dated check and they had been cashing them without me having to go in so I left that amount in the bank waiting for them to cash itThen I get a call saying that I needed to make my payment and I told them it we as in the bank for them to take out and they told me that they no longer can cash post dated checksNo one called me to inform me of this policy change and I feel it's their fault I was charged a late feeThis company is very frustrating to talk to and speak very rudely and are very unprofessional by being sarcastic with me saying that I can make a report with the Revdex.com but that the Revdex.com wasn't going to pay my late feeI hang up because I have medical proof that frustrations cause my blood pressure to go upYou can obtain these medical records from my cardedalogist if neededI have stayed on the phone with them for several minutes and nothing is resolved and they say they are not at fault for anything and are not even apologetic at allLike most businesses they never admit to their mistakes it's always just the customer's fault Regards, [redacted]
