Mr [redacted] called Lone Oak Auto Repair because his vehicle was having a hard time going into park and other gears and he had been told from someone else that it was the shifter cableSo we had him drop the vehicle off like we have all of our customers do then we diagnose the problem, get parts prices, & labor prices together then call the customers before fixing any vehicleWe called for part and the shift cable was a dealer only part so had to wait a day for it we told him this we also told him how much it would be $for parts and labor he said go ahead with repairWe proceeded with repair when we disassembled the center console to install shifter cable the center console tab was already broken Lone Oak Auto Repair don’t break cars we fix them as for his JVC remote never seen a JVC remote in vehicle maybe if vehicle was a little cleaner on inside he could find itDuring install of shifter cable he called multiple times when told we had to order part and you have to adjust shifter cable after installing was in process of doing that when he just shows up and asks if its done we say no we have to reinstall center console he says that he is going to take it back to the transmission shop that worked on it previously asked him multiple times if he wanted me to finish installing the center console and he said NO they might have to take it back out so we sit the center console in back of vehicle asked him multiple times are u sure u don’t want me to reinstall console every time answer was NOThe only thing I did to his steering column was remove the plastic covers so that you could get the vehicle into park because he did not let us finish repairLone Oak Auto Repair has never had a Revdex.com claim or complaint since Lone Oak Auto Repair was started in and the reason for that is we treat people right don’t overcharge on parts, don’t install parts that customers don’t need, and do repairs right the first time nobody likes a comeback or an unhappy customer.? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
