To Whom It May Concern: We have been in business for over ten years and have a high reputation of professionalism in all matters of situations. We deal with insurance companies, adjusters, and customers all day long. When something like this occurs we always take first priority in... making sure that the customer is taken care of . We take great pride in the way our customers are treated and everything is handled in the most respectful and professional way. [redacted] ***, is not an employee of NW Carzone. He is simply a self contractor. After this situation he completely stopped doing business with us and we haven't heard from him since. We first offered the customer free services on the damages done, with a lifetime warranty. She refused to accept the offer and insisted that she take her vehicle to wherever she wanted to and that we just give her the money for the repairs. We cannot do that because we are a professional body shop and we know how this business works. We cannot give out money without having some sort of estimate from a body shop. We told her to give us two different quotes and we would gladly pay for it. How can we give out money just based on the customers word? [redacted] reached out to the customer several times and told her to give us two different quotes and we would pay the damages with no problem. She was completely belligerent in this matter and just tried to play the victim by accusing everyone of being "rude". I stand firm on the fact that we did all that we could to help her and make her happy. As you can see the customer was just wanting to get paid for the damages without a professional quote. To Whom It May Concern, There is no further action required on our partFrom the beginning we have tried to help this lady and she did not want to cooperateShe has taken this whole situation and made it something personalThe main issue was getting the vehicle fixedThat has already been taken care of being that our insurance has a claim in process to pay in full for the damagesThere was never any need for her to step in between her insurance and ours to discuss whether or not the damages would be paidAll her emails are basically about her and how she was treated and how much she wants to put our company downI'm sorry but if your feelings are hurt because of how you were "badly treated" that has nothing to do with the car being fixedI am not trying to be rude but this lady was in no way kind or respectful from the very beginning after all that we tried to do for herI have nothing further to say but that the vehicle has been taken care of and so therefore our work here is doneThis is a waste of time going back and forth about personal issuesWe cannot be doing this all dayOur job has been done, please let the insurance handle the rest.Thank you,Management

The claim has yet to be resolvedAs of today, over months after the accident, this company has yet to pay for damages their driver causedI don't stand to make a dime or a dollarFrom the beginning, all we wanted was for them to either provide their insurance information or pay for damages they causedI went though my insurance and it's a good thing or my car wouldn't be repaired still They sent it to one if their contracted shopsThis tow company is grossly irresponsible and while they continue to reply and send their lies, why don't they pay? The insurance company has given my insurance company the run around and to this day has not answered or returned phone calls.My insurance company is merely trying to be reimbursed for damge caused by this tow company's driverThat's it and that's allNothing more, nothing lessThe bill was paid by my insurance company and they merely need to reimburseThe car was not drivable from the scene and was therefore towed to the repair shop contracted by my insurance company and all repairs are now guaranteed through my insurance company and not through a body shop who may or may not honor their so call lifetime warrantyIt's MY choice.....and because I did not allow this two bit repair shop to repair the damage they caused with their junk yard parts, they now refuse to do the honorable thingSure, they could have probably repaired it for less, but I wasn't comfortable with that What do I stand to gain...nothing! Absolutely nothing It looks like my insurance company will be filing suit to make these people pay, which is what they will do
