The settling of the pavers was due to drainage trenches in the subdivision settling due to the large amounts of rain received during the months of April and May We have been monitoring the situation and could not make the necessary repairs until these trenches started to dry out so that we could compact the soil and replace the pavers Unfortunately is appears the this was not communicated as well as it should have been to the homeowner The gravel along the fence has also been completed We have cleaned the existing polymeric sand out of the joints and plan on installing new polymeric sand the first of the week We will need to have the sprinklers shut off in the surrounding planters and lawn areas for this installationThis will be coordinated with the homeowner

We returned to the home thismorning and installed the hose bib that we had inadvertently missed and washed the pavers for the homeownerHe said he is now satisfied with the work

I am rejecting this response because: Almost all of the work he said is been done and is done well, I am very happy with the results. only two this still need to done.1. He need to install a Hose bib on to the caped line by the Barbecue.2. HAZE on the pavers which is caused by the polymeric sand need to be clean of the pavers completely so I can finally seal my pavers.I just wanted to say that he does amazing job and overall I am very happy and pleased with his work despite of our on going paver issue and I would still recommend him to others and also will use him in the future.
