He took of my existing window screens to use as examples on 5/Promised all to be done within daysI still do not have any of the screens, including my original screensHe says he lost my originals, but will not return emails or phone callsI have been to his place of business and he wouldn't talk to meI need my original window screens returned or to be compensated for those that he took

In October 2016, Fernando Garcia (my contact # is 214/XXX-XXXX), of ***'s Screens, replaced hail-damaged windows @ my house (contracted by MAC Construction & Roofingmy contractor)He later returned to replace a screen (only) on another windowAt that time he (***/Fernando) removed a part from the window (he later identified as a balancer)He said he thought there was a problem with it & he would fix it and reinstall itDid not hear back from him for several weeksWhen I recontacted him, he came by (Dec.2016) & removed the other balancer from the window & said he might have to get new parts & would get back w/meI attempted numerous times to contact him without response, with the exception of April & July In the July conversation, he said he was leaving town for a week but would definitely call me on his return & take care
