This has to be the worse express care that I have my oil change in Manager Mike who insisted that they add air to my trucks tire became very irrate and obnixious when I told him I didn't want air added to my tires He continued to talk for a couple of minutes about how I don't have to comply with with is says my tire pressure should be and that I would need to eventually get new tires etc After I asked him was he finished with his speech he became even more angry When I asked for the corporate number or the owner he refused and eventually called someone on the phone who later talked with me In the mean time he called me ignorant and stated that I refused to pay, which I didn't I was very upset and explained that I was not ignorant and that he would not speak to me that way I don't know if he had a bad day or if I was a women or maybe he didn't like because I was African American Not sure After a intense round with this guy he soon called the owner The owner did apologize however, did not offer a discount for the next oil change or did not ask me to continue to come back to their location You like to patronize local business however, next time I will take my car to the dealer Please don't go to this location without a male, and don't deal with Mike!! He should not be in managment
