I am rejecting this response because it is not accurate and a couple of my points were not even addressed. In Mr. [redacted] response it used bold print to illustrate their website instructs potential buyers to contact the dealership to confirm pricing.  What he does not address is the fact I did this.  I called the dealership and spoke to [redacted] prior to spending two hours driving across North Texas to look at a truck.  Per [redacted], the online prices were accurate and the additional incentives would be available on top of the already reduced "final price" as shown online. [redacted] asked me to make the trip and she would make the deal happen.  So instead of driving directly home home from North [redacted], I spent two hours driving to [redacted], another two hours at the dealership, only to be told the online prices were not accurate.  I followed their instructions by calling the dealership only to be misled again.I also provided documentation about their current listing for a 2017 Ram Limited for under $40,000.  I have not contacted the dealership about his vehicle as it is not the one I wanted; however, the pictures online seem to be of a Laramie Longhorn, not a Limited.  I am assuming this is another mistake from their third party internet service?Lastly, I pointed out where their offer on my car was drastically less than the market value of a trade in.  Not the value I could sell it for, the value of a car being traded in.  No answers to that. For these reasons I stand by my claim that Mr. [redacted] and his dealership knowingly practice deceptive trade practices.  As a whole, the general public have a very negative view of car dealers and car salesmen.  It is because of practices similar to the ones that Lone Star of [redacted] practice that create these views.  As Mr. [redacted] mentioned, I too am in sales and in my business our service and our word go a long way in building a successful practice.  Within the past 6 weeks we had to 'eat' a $12,000 loss because of a mistake made during the initial sales process.  I am assuming Mr. [redacted] carries some sort of errors and omission insurance and/or his third party vendor has some sort of service guarantee or insurance?  Much like our lose, he can make a claim on that insurance, demand that his third party cover the mistake or 'eat' the loss.   To close the loop on our mistake - I have had two referrals from our client since notifying them of our mistake and our intent to make it right.  As they mentioned to me several times, "no one stands by their word or service guarantees anymore, everyone just points fingers at someone else."The truck I am interested in appears to still be on their lot.  It is listed roughly $10,000 higher than the misleading ad a month ago but they claim there could be as much as $5,250 in additional savings.  We are getting close to the advertised price from last month and I am still very interested in purchasing - but only at the advertised priced AND the price that [redacted] confirmed with me over the phone.  For that matter, the maroon truck is still on the lot as is the Big Horn Crew Cab, all three of which would be eager to purchase for the advertised price I was duped into believing.  Maybe the Big Horn is an option as it has some dealer upgrades on it and all know those dealer upgrade prices are inflated.  Maybe Mr. [redacted] would be willing to honor the price he listed the Big Horn Crew Cab for?  A price of $43,222.
