I signed up for these set of classes, and I had only out of the promised lessonsI've called the "management" times asking for a new instructor since she stopped comingNot once was my call ever returnedThis is extremely poor customer service and I am disappointedI am sad I got scammedI do not recommend this service to anyone

We had the most terrible experience in moving into a new home we purchased in march, with the workmanship (or lack there of) of John [redacted] and Lone Star ConstructionWe brought the house in early March and gave him the key March with full access for him to handle the key issues from the inspection reportHe wasted over $25K of our money installing the wrong floor, wrong paint and incomplete electrical, plumbing and garage work, as well as over days where we had to rent a hotel for a month to accommodate ourselves while we had it completed and fixed by few specialistsWe have all of the charges disputed and in the process of reclaiming parts of itThis was the worst experience we have ever had with any professional in all of our adult careers

very hard to work with, have to pay in full up front, good luck getting a refund, you have to chase them for service

I booked some lessons for my kid as a Christmas giftBack then I didn\'t provide any specific dates for the lessons since we were going to wait til January to set them once we had a better idea when to have themI called and sent the datesIt was about a week after I received a call from a guy named Peter from the archery school and he was doing a way call with the instructor for my sonI got to meet him and confirm the dates I also got an email with the lessons schedule and the instructor ph numberEverything was good, my son was happy and learned a lot, we are gonna repeat some lessons in March with a better weatherThis company helped me much and my son is happy, I am happy

I would like to say that Lone Star Construction was an absolute life-saver. Jay and Justin were professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job trouble-shooting my electrical issues. I strongly recommend this business for anyone looking for an honest and dedicated electrician.

Lesson Pro is a total scam. They signed me up for a lesson and was never able to find me an instructor. Then after 3 months they still have not refunded me and no one will return any of my calls. What kind of business runs like this? Customer service does not exist. This place is a total joke.

Josh is an amazing instructor!He is the perfect balance of fun and structure. He has been working with my two boys 8 and 6 for a couple of months and I am amazed how much they have learned. He works extremely well with my high energy guy that often has his own agenda and challenges and encourages my other big boy to try new things. He has even spent some time working with my 3 year old daughter who REALLY wants to learn like her brothers. She is begging to have her own lesson with Josh. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for fun and quality lessons. Josh is not only an awesome skater but also a great instructor! He is both encouraging and demanding (in a positive and respectful way). He gives a lot of positive feedback. He teaches our 5-year old since last summer. Not only has our son made huge progress but he also learned how to behave responsible and considerate. He learned that he has to be patient and appreciate the little steps of his progress. Josh is very professional, caring, and funny at the same time. He is very attentive and anticipating so that we never have to worry about safety. Our son loves him and looks forward to his lesson every week.We highly recommend Josh as an instructor: He really is the best!

He wasted over $25K of our money installing the wrong floor, wrong paint and incomplete electrical, plumbing and garage work, as well as over 75 days where we had to rent a hotel for a month to accommodate ourselves while we had it completed and fixed by few specialists.
We have all of the charges disputed and in the process of reclaiming parts of it.
