*** *** The response is correct that the framing was done by another company, but Lone Star Custom Decks was retained to complete the work. The leak issue has been resolved by another company at additional expense. Of particular importance is that the repair did not require any adjustments in the framing of the roof. The feedback from the company that resolved the issue was that the flashing was installed incorrectly. The other company stood by their work and I now have a roof that does not leak. It is disingenuous to imply that I would pay a company to install a roof that would leak. I again request that Lone Star Custom Decks refund the portion of their bid that related to the installation of the roof as the work was done incorrectly and required an additional contractor to repair the work that they did

Customer is lyingcustomer contacted our employees and had them do side work for them. This is an ethical and moral issue for us.[redacted] also made inappropriate sexual comments aimed at me, so I do not feel comfortable dealing with her. [redacted]
