Chip was great to work with!! We cannot stress enough how happy we are with our finished project! We had to completely redo our master shower, he took it all the way down to the studs and rebuilt using the Schluter-Kerdi system it is so beautiful now! He helped in picking out our fixtures and was always helpful in suggesting places to go look for ideas and tiles. I was even comfortable enough to leave them in my home while I was away and never felt nervous. Thanks Chip!!

I originally hired Lone Star Kitchens and Baths nine years ago to remodel my master bath. Because I was so satisfied with the top quality work, I then contracted with Chip M (owner) to remodel a guest bath, and then my kitchen. My mid-60s home had been remodeled before I bought it, but Chip made sure his work included resolving “hidden” issues (some were hazardous) as well as beautiful designs. He also was willing to tackle heated flooring in all three spaces, which has resulted in lower energy bills (as well as delightfully warm tile on cold winter days). Our remodels started with a detailed estimate, which was updated, shared, and discussed as issues were uncovered or design elements changed. He accommodated my limited budget, and helped me find lower-cost items without compromising design or function. Communication was frequent and easy. Chip had a key to my home, and was always careful about security, as well as ensuring that my pets were not at risk. I found Chip to be professional, easy to work with, personable, thorough, and of high character.
